Pre-launched Signature Edition'Ravi' (Indian elephant Infant). This Royal Crown Derby Paperweight was a Govier's of Sidmouth Pre-launched, Limited Signature Edition of 1250, in 2005, as part of their Mother and Baby Series. "Sun" or "fire", on his back he has a beautifully decorated rug depicting Hindu symbols. He is complimented by Father Raj.

He was added to the general range in 2006. This delightful, Royal Crown Derby, Paperweight'Ravi', some 75mm in height would make a wonderful addition to any collection. This paperweight is first quality with the Gold Royal Crown Derby Exclusivity Factory Mark, a facsimile signature of the designer, Tien Manh Dinh and a gold stopper with and a red cypher date of 2005 (MMV).

This paperweight was originally modelled by Hilary Walker and i t has the Painter/Modeller's marks on the base and is in excellent undamaged condition, with no chips, cracks, scratches, or restoration. The item comes from a private collection, previously displayed, behind glass, in a cabinet and comes, sadly, without the original box or certificate.
