It was commissioned by Royal Doulton in 2002 to celebrate the Queen's Golden Jubilee. It has four cygnets on the base representing the four children of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip. It has the gold stopper, special backstamp and original box and certificate number 648 of 2002.
